Summary:
Yonex USA specializes in producing technologically advanced sports equipment to enable players, both amateur and professional, to play tennis, badminton, and golf at a higher level. The Data Specialist will play a crucial role in collecting and organizing data to support business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare and enter data into the Product Information Management system (PIM)
- Oversee the administration of the B2B site and PIM, ensuring seamless functionality and user
- experience
- Coordinate with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales team to enhance data quality
- Coordinate with IT Manager and developers to address site upgrades, performance issues, and other
- technical requirements
- Monitor and maintain data integrity to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of information
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products
- Provide backup support for system administration and technical duties
- Other duties assigned by management
Basic Qualifications:
- Associated degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1~2 years of experience in a technical support, data management, or IT-related role
- Understand tennis or badminton
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Continually required to sit for prolonged periods of time

- exposure to various weather conditions
