Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Team Member and Scheduler. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude, and be a quick learner. This role requires someone who can multitask efficiently, is self-motivated, and has excellent communication skills.
General Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, lead sites, and text
- Provide accurate and informative information about products and services
- Assist customers with services and scheduling
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Conduct outbound calls for sales and follow-ups
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Answering and directing phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments for pest control services
- Managing and updating customer records in our database
- Assisting with general office duties and administrative tasks
- Communicating effectively with team members and customers
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly
Scheduling Responsibilities - Scheduling is a primary aspect of this role. The scheduler will be responsible for:
- Analyzing and optimizing routes to ensure efficient service delivery
- Moving and adjusting appointments based on customer needs and technician availability
- Utilizing maps and scheduling software to plan and adjust routes
- Monitoring and reassigning routes as necessary to accommodate changes or emergencies
- Ensuring all appointments are scheduled accurately and timely
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English
- Strong communication skills
- Sales experience or aptitude for upselling products/services
- Ability to handle multilingual customer interactions
- Familiarity with outbound calling practices
- Strong data entry skills
- Proficient in basic office software (e.g., Google Suites, CRM software, multiple websites, email, Discord, VOIP systems)
- General computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- Availability to work Monday through Friday with flexibility to pick up extra shifts if needed
- Quiet, separate workspace to ensure a professional and distraction-free environment
- Own a computer with reliable internet connection
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
