Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to oversee and manage the entire student recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, enrolling, and supporting students who are passionate about pursuing a degree in Artificial Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract prospective students.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, webinars, and information sessions to promote our programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other relevant organizations.
Admissions Process:
- Guide prospective students through the admissions process, including application submission, document collection, and interview coordination.
- Review applications to ensure completeness and compliance with admission requirements.
- Provide accurate and timely information to applicants regarding program details, admission criteria, and deadlines.
Enrollment Management:
- Track and analyze enrollment data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective students.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling recruitment materials and campaigns.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with academic advisors, faculty, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless enrollment process.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment and enrollment activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in student recruitment, admissions, or enrollment management, preferably in higher education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other enrollment management tools is a plus.
