Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Personal Assistant to support the founder of a fast-paced startup. The ideal candidate thrives in a supporting role, is independent, and excels in creating structure and systems and managing both professional and personal tasks.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
1. Schedule Management:
- Efficiently organize and maintain the founder's calendar, handling personal and professional appointments, meetings, and calls.
- Ensure the founder attends all confirmed appointments and meetings on time.
- Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements.
2. Communication Management:
- Expertly manage emails and correspondence, effectively prioritizing critical messages, composing thoughtful responses, and delegating follow ups.
- Ensure consistent and clear communication with team members, family, and friends.
- Work in tandem with the Chief of Staff and business assistants to ensure seamless coordination between the founder's personal and professional life.
3. Technology and Tools:
- Maintain proficiency in office technology and software, including Google Suite and project management tools.
- Efficiently manage and organize digital files and cloud-based systems.
4. Home & Workspace Organization:
- Regularly organize and declutter both work and living spaces.
- Implement and upkeep organizational systems for documents, supplies, and equipment.
- Provide assistance with travel preparations, light housekeeping tasks, and other organizational needs.
5. Health and Wellness Support:
- Foster a work and home environment conducive to well-being.
- Assist in maintaining a balanced lifestyle, focusing on healthy diet, exercise, and wellness activities.
- Serve as a supportive accountability partner for maintaining work-life balance.
6. Lifestyle Management:
- Manage personal shopping needs
- Oversee maintenance and servicing arrangements for all assets
- Efficiently handle mail, bill payments, subscriptions, and organize packages and deliveries, including returns and exchanges.
