Primary Administrative and Office responsibilities include:
- Answer phones and email inquiries
- Schedule appointments
- Provide customer service to a diverse customer base, in person and over the phone
- Enter customer and vessel information accurately in database
- Initiate and update and maintain work orders and storage contracts
- Prepare billing reports and invoices for boat repair projects of varying size and duration
- Generate monthly A/R Statements for customers and assist Bookkeeper with A/R collections
- Work with the Bookkeeper to perform month end closing processes
- Provide administrative support including all general office tasks, updating Excel spreadsheets, data entry, assistance with estimating, correspondence and customer follow-up
Qualifications
- Office experience, Clerical experience, Administrative experience, and Office management are essential core skills for this role.
- Communication skills and Organizational skills are key attributes required to excel as an Office Administrator.
- Premium skills such as Event planning, Schedule management, and Vendor management would be advantageous in this position.
- Relevant skills like Filing, Front desk, and Calendar management would contribute to successful performance in this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
