Role Description
This is a fully remote roles looking for both Appointment Setters and Closers. Working at Talley Media, your day-to-day tasks will involve reaching out to potential clients and setting up appointments, and/or closing sales deals. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by effectively presenting and selling our digital marketing services to prospective clients. ***This is FULLY COMMISSION BASED. But are paying high commission rates. 30% to close warm leads brought to you by us. and 50% if you set your own appointment AND close it.*** Our mid ticket is $3300 each so that can really add up fast. We are offering this to the first few partners we bring on as we are building a company together, you should get to share in the spoils. This is an incredibly flexible role and you will play a great part in designing what it should look like. You should be a strong self starter and prepared to join and grow a small business.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales or appointment setting, preferably in the digital marketing industry
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
