Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enrollment Advisor to join our team. The Enrollment Advisor will be responsible for conducting strategy calls with potential clients, understanding their business goals, and converting them into paying customers. This position offers significant earning potential through commission based on successful client conversions, ranging from $200 to $3,000 per call.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct strategy calls with potential clients to understand their business goals and YouTube aspirations.
- Gather detailed information about clients' brands and target audiences.
- Articulate the value and benefits of Create On Time's services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, particularly in YouTube SEO and video marketing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably in a digital marketing or content strategy agency.
- Strong understanding of YouTube as a platform and its role in e-commerce marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Experience or knowledge in YouTube SEO or video marketing is a bonus.
Compensation:
- Commission based on successful client conversions, with potential earnings ranging from $200 to $3,000 per call.
