In this role, you will work directly with our owner, Hayley, playing a pivotal part in developing and refining the foundational systems and processes that will drive our success. Our business is currently in the pre-launch phase and is set to officially launch in just a few short months, so saying there is a lot to do is definitely an understatement.

Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall social media strategy for Elephedge, including posting and engagement.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with marketing strategies.
- Monitor social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
- Respond to comments, likes, follows, and direct messages promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
- Create and curate engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
Core Team Member Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and refining business processes to enhance efficiency.
- Set up and maintain organizational systems for various project needs.
- Collaborate with team members using remote collaboration tools.
- Communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Adapt quickly to changing tasks and priorities while staying proactive and calm under pressure.
- Continuously learn and apply new skills to improve performance and support project goals.
Qualifications:
- No direct experience or degree required.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work remotely.
- Self-motivated and driven with a strong work ethic.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Adaptable, proactive, and calm under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable working with people from all walks of life.
- Proficient in remote collaboration tools.
- Quick learner who genuinely enjoys learning new skills.
Bonus Points for:
- Experience in marketing management or creative management.
- Remote work/collaboration experience.
- Cross-applicable experience (such as administrative, customer service, hospitality, food service, retail, sales, marketing, entrepreneurship) is a huge bonus.
- Familiarity with small business management.
- Familiarity with branding and marketing principles.
