Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Remote

Ideal candidate
should have 5 to 8 years of experience working with media teams or in media-related roles, with pharmaceutical industry experience being a significant plus. They should be proficient in Excel, MS Teams, Outlook, and other MS applications, and have experience with MuckRack, NewsWhip, and Cision. Familiarity with E-approve and MAC review systems at a pharmaceutical company is highly desirable. Candidates with experience from the agency side, particularly with top PR firms such as Edelman, FleishmanHillard, or Weber Shandwick, are preferred, though experience with smaller boutique agencies is also acceptable. The candidate should be comfortable handling remedial tasks such as creating news briefs and managing vendor relationships, with strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain vendor relationships. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be hands-on and capable of efficiently managing day-to-day tasks.

Job Details: Manages one or more high-level, complex non-technical projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements. Projects may be strategic in nature. Responsibilities may include resource allocation and all phases of development life cycle (i.e. feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design, testing, and implementation planning). Regularly interacts with management. Coordinates and directs the activities of project team members. May be responsible for cross-functional teams. Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented.
