Summary: We have a large brand and environmental design international project expected to start in late July/early August. We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager with agency experience (3-5 years). This position is fully remote, but will need to be EST based with flexibility to work across time zones. The ideal candidate would be able to work up to 40 hours per week for 3-4 months until the project is completed.

We are responsible for planning, coordinating, managing and facilitating the workflow of all of the agency’s work, from beginning to end, in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all projects are executed on time and within budget.
The Senior Project Manager is the project team’s quarterback. They are the client and agency's trusted partner to confidently lead the project from kick-off to delivery and implementation – holding the client’s expected result as our shared goal. This required the Senior Project Manager to relentlessly advocate on behalf of the client throughout the creative development process. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring all information is shared in a timely proactive manner to stakeholders and team members, raising any potential issues regarding budget, timing or resources, and ultimately delivering the project in-line with 4040 Agency’s and our client’s high standards.
In This Role You Will:
- Project Management & Support
- Own and drive project timelines and daily task execution to deliver final project materials on time to the client.
- Independently owns regular (written and live) updates to internal and client teams on project status.
- Drive the creative development process with our internal creative team. Includes; working with the creative manager to obtain creative resources and working with designers to ensure timeliness of work.
- Leads and coordinates internal reviews of client deliverables with 4040 Principals to ensure it meets our high standards prior to final hand-off to client.
- Proactively conduct industry research, competitive analysis, and brand reviews as needed to advocate on behalf of our client throughout the creative process.
- Manage regular reconciliation of actual hours against fee, including; accounting, invoicing, billing activities for clients.
- Own client presentation development and preparation of presentation materials.
- Media Responsibilities
- Coordinate, implement, and organize client media plans to ensure all final artwork and creative is delivered to media agencies on time and in the proper format.
- Primary point of contact for all media contacts.
- Organize annual reports on media effectiveness and ROI if available.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in an agency or similar environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Must be organized, self-motivated, collaborative and gain energy from acting as a problem-solver.
- Professionalism and clear action-oriented communication is required in this position.
- An interest in learning and educating others on the processes and duties of our creative team, final deliverable expectations, and delivery turnaround times is imperative.
- An appreciation for great design and eagerness to stay informed on latest design and marketing trends.
