The Remote Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat.
A successful candidate will handle their calls, emails, scheduling, invoicing and input data into ServiceTitan. A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently. This role requires a high level of professionalism, patience, and empathy when dealing with home owners.
Prior experience in a customer support role in either HVAC, plumbing or electrical trade businesses is preferred.
DUTIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS POSITION:
Answer all incoming business phone calls.
Book calls as required in Service Titan
Develop and maintain the client’s online database
Communicate in a professional manner with internal and external customers
Working Hours:
M-F 8am - 5pm MST
TECH REQUIREMENTS:
ServiceTitan experience 1+ years
Desktop or Laptop with webcam & speakers and a second monitor
Operation System must be Windows or Mac based
Tablets, Winbooks, Smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebook, & Android systems are NOT compatible
8gb RAM or more Windows or Mac Desktop or Laptop with webcam, speakers and a second monitor
Supportable internet speeds and router easily accessible from your workspace
