ELW is looking for an Account Manager to serve as the point of contact, project manager, and marketing strategist for multiple client accounts.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Responsibilities will include:
- Owning long-term client relationships, from initial onboarding to the day-to-day management of each client to offboarding (if needed), and serving as the internal expert for each relationship and associated project
- Running kickoff calls (internal and external)
- Driving client success through proactive identification of opportunities and risks, leveraging critical thinking skills to escalate both to the appropriate internal team members when needed
- Driving company success by identifying and acting on opportunities to expand and deepen client engagements in ways that will also contribute to client success
- Serving as the single point of contact for clients, advocating for their needs by providing clear answers and next steps for every question or request that comes through and clearly communicating important information to internal team members
- Leading client meetings and driving next steps internally and externally
- Collaborating with the content strategist on overall marketing strategy for clients, contributing technical knowledge and new ideas
- Building marketing campaigns and templates
- Creating, analyzing, and optimizing monthly client analytics reports and reporting out to clients
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting issues pertaining to client engagements and monitoring client accounts for quality control
- Developing and maintaining additional account management and marketing processes
- Publishing and deploying client content across multiple channels, including websites, emails, and social media, using the latest industry best practices
- Supporting with social media content creation as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Account management/client-facing experience; previous agency experience preferred
- Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies for clients
- Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills
- Figure-it-out mindset
- Ability to think critically, problem solve, prioritize
- Ability to work independently and be resourceful in obtaining information when it is not readily available
- Deep knowledge of marketing best practices
- Knowledge of analytics and reporting as applicable to content marketing (able to report and understand metrics related to website, email, and social media)
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Hubspot, Mailchimp, etc.), WordPress, and LinkedIn
- Ability to work in a remote environment and self-direct your work
- Ability to consistently meet all deadlines
