Business Development Internship Overview:
What you’ll do:
As a Business Development Intern, you'll play a crucial role in expanding Alder’s reach and driving growth. You will gain hands-on experience by working directly with the President and Director of Growth in business development and sales strategies, contributing to impactful projects that enhance our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in lead generation and outreach efforts to prospective clients
- Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up on leads
- Utilize your network to identify potential Alder clients and vendors, fostering new partnerships
2. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
- Analyze competitor strategies and provide insights to enhance Alder’s market position
3. Brand & Marketing Support:
- Play a role in updating and managing sales collateral such as sales decks and other marketing materials
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance our brand presence and engagement across various platforms
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, familiarity with CRM software, and social media platforms
Compensation:

**Time Requirement:**
