Position Summary:
Kinimatic is seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to play a crucial role in both enhancing our brand visibility and driving our upper funnel activities within the supply chain and on-demand warehousing sectors. This multifaceted position is focused on developing and executing outbound sequencing strategies, mining contact data to expand our prospect database, and handling inbound sales leads to help obtain solutions. The specialist will generate discovery meetings with our target market, develop sequencing from target prospects, and lead marketing initiatives aimed at maximizing our outreach effectiveness and boosting brand exposure.
Additionally, this role involves coordinating relevant industry conferences to ensure a strong return on investment through strategic pre-planning of outreach activities and scheduling meetings with targeted prospects. Managing social media, particularly on LinkedIn, is considered a valuable supplementary skill that contributes to our overall engagement strategy.
The specialist will also be instrumental in collaborating on commercial strategy, defining outreach initiatives, and supporting both inbound and outbound lead generation using innovative tools. Responsible for generating proposal documents and keeping meticulous records, this position ensures that all client interactions and transactions are well-documented.

Key Responsibilities:
• Upper Funnel Strategy Development: Design and implement effective upper funnel strategies to find and engage potential clients within the supply chain and on-demand warehousing sectors.
• Lead Generation: Use tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to source and qualify leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
• Inbound Lead Management: Handle and nurture inbound sales leads to help obtain solutions, ensuring a responsive and organized approach to initial client engagements.
• Outreach Strategy: Develop and refine outreach strategies, including email sequencing, social media engagement, and other digital marketing tactics to connect with target prospects.
• Discovery Meetings: Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings with qualified leads, helping the transition to our experienced sales team for further engagement.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth. Leverage AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools to find key insights and trends.
• Commercial Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with executive teams to align commercial strategies and ensure cohesive execution.
• Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics related to lead generation, outreach effectiveness, and meeting bookings, providing regular reports to the team.
• Tool Optimization: Ensure the effective use of tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other AI tools by continually improving processes and exploring new functionalities.
• Proposal Document Generation: Support the sales team by generating various proposal documents, including responses to RFPs and tailored pricing proposals, adhering to company templates and guidelines.
• Comprehensive Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of all client interactions, transactions, marketing campaigns, and sales activities, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for analysis and reporting.
• Sister Relationship Management: Manage and nurture the sister relationship with RoadOne, focusing on drayage, ocean, OTR (Over The Road) type quotes, and cross-dock and transloading services. Collaborate with RoadOne to ensure seamless service delivery and find opportunities for joint business development.
• Supply Chain Selling: Leverage knowledge of supply chain management, transportation, and warehousing to support sales initiatives and provide insights into client needs and industry trends.
• Brand Awareness and Marketing Support: Aid in marketing efforts to boost brand awareness on LinkedIn and other platforms. Utilize AI and other innovative tools to enhance marketing campaigns and track their effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a commercial growth, marketing, or sales development role, preferably within the supply chain or warehousing industry.
• Strong proficiency with tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, using AI tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing and outreach strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data to glean insights and drive optimization strategies.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills to build relationships and efficient ways of working.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively while wearing multiple hats as needed.
• Basic understanding of managing to, reporting on, and having direct accountability for quantitative volume, quality, and conversion goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role within the B2B tech industry.
• BA in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics.
• Proficiency in using sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, etc.) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, email, social media, content marketing).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary and Benefits:
• Base Salary: $65,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to $100,000 annually, inclusive of base salary and potential bonuses.
• Performance-Based Bonus: Eligibility for a bonus is closely tied to specific sales performance metrics, including successful selling of transportation services and effective booking of strategic meetings. Achievement of these targets can significantly enhance your total annual compensation up to the $100,000 OTE.
