Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Construction Manager at On Point Construction, Inc located in Port Charlotte, FL. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, and resource allocation. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise, and ensuring effective communication among all project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, ability to read plans, building codes, and regulations
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to effectively work with diverse teams
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
