Role: Marketing & Customer Service Assistant
Location: London: Fully Remote with some in person opportunities in Central London
Pay: £15 per hour
Hours: Part time, hours will vary. At least 5 per week and potentially up to 30 depending on demand.

Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and personable individual to join our team to support on the creation of digital content and creative assets such as images and videos for social media and our website, as well as getting hands on in supporting our early stage customers. This role is perfect for anyone looking for part-time flexible work.
Responsibilities:
Creation of images, videos and other creative assets for our digital presence.
Provide personalised travel recommendations based on client preferences and interests.
Communicate effectively with customers via Chat or Email.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by being friendly, personable, and reliable.
Requirements:
Comfortable with digital creative tools to build assets
Fantastic communication skills.
Computer literate and comfortable using various digital communication tools.
Fluent in English.
Strong work ethic and proactive attitude.
