Data Administrator - Asset Management (Part-Time)
About Us
Due to unprecedented demand and unparalleled levels of revenue growth, we are looking for a determined, self-motivated individual to help source, monitor, and maintain the high quality of our data set on the platform.
The role will involve analysis and review of data we have on the platform using our in-house monitoring tools and reaching out to data providers, fund managers and other sources to ensure our data quality is constantly market-leading.
Key activities in the role

- Review and monitor all data elements on the platform
- Liaising with our data sources preemptively to ensure any data that is likely to lapse is updated ahead of time.
- Manually enter data as required where we need to source data from non-integrated sources while highlighting to the product team these touch points so that we can automate.
- Liaise with Fund Managers and RFP teams to make them aware of the vast array of capabilities we have in the system to help them support their data on the AssetQ platform.
Key qualifications & experience sought
- Solid educational background although a degree is not essential
- Strong office tool skills, *particularly Excel/Google Sheets reporting, data import and manipulation*.
- Good communication skills, able to explain the data maintenance tools to our various end-points with confidence. This may include screen-share and demo of the product to our clients - training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail - accuracy is a vital element of the role.
- Able to work independently, but also to recognise where assistance is needed from our highly supportive team.
- Confident to highlight workflow improvements that could be instituted.
- Some prior experience working in a corporate environment is essential
- Any experience in Asset Management, RFP or Wealth management is highly advantageous.
- Preferably based in the south for occasional meet-ups.
The role is remotely based and can be very flexible in terms of core hours. We are a friendly company, we adapt quickly and able to readily recognise strong contributors - success is rewarded. The exact number of days we can discuss with the right candidate but we suspect this would be a 3-day week role.
