Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Bookkeeper at Infinity Therapeutics. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial statements, bookkeeping tasks, and utilizing accounting software to perform finance-related activities. Additionally, the Bookkeeper will handle journal entries and ensure accurate financial records are maintained.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and bookkeeping principles
- Ability to generate invoices, manage customer accounts and collections
- Proficiency in using Xero accounting software and Simple Pay for payroll
- Experience in finance and performing journal entries
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent numerical and data entry abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Experience with SA Customs/SARS is preferred
- Understanding of import process is required
- Prior experience in the health or supplement industry is a plus
