Job Summary:
I am seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating projects, and handling all aspects of office management. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer service-oriented professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the organization.
Duties:
- Manage the executive team's Calendar and Email, ensuring all meetings and appointments are scheduled efficiently.
- Utilize Google Suite to maintain and organize files, documents, and spreadsheets.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette, handling all incoming calls, and ensuring that all messages are responded to promptly and professionally.
- Oversee all aspects of office management, including supplies, inventory, and facilities maintenance.
- Perform clerical tasks, CRM Management, and preparing reports.
- Organize and coordinate projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
- Utilize organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to requests and inquiries from colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to the organization.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the executive team.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, with a track record of providing exceptional administrative support to senior management.
- Strong background in office management, including experience with calendar management, project coordination, and clerical tasks.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, including Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- High-level organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in an administrative role, with a focus on providing administrative support to senior management.
- Experience in the Health Insurance business is highly preferred.
- Experience with Social Media Marketing, Online Advertising and Search Engine Marketing is helpful.
- Self Motivated with the ability to work remotely from home!

- 2-15 Health Insurance License is Required
