PROJECT MANAGER
(REMOTE - US Residents Only)
Symmetric provides sampling services to companies that place a very high value on representative samples, scientific sampling methods and advanced fraud-detection systems. Symmetric applies advanced technology and sophisticated systems to create and manage some of the best online panels in the world.
Symmetric is looking for an experienced Project Manager to help run both sample-only work and full-service market research projects (qual, quant, online, offline, iHuts, mail surveys, B2B research, cati to online).
Responsibilities
· Manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
· Provide excellent customer service to clients
· Collaborate with managers, clients and other directors
· Some travel required for client visits and industry events
Skills
Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills are required. A successful candidate needs to have experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the Sample or Market Research industry. Other skills and qualifications include:
· Time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize
· Excellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills
· Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn and use company-specific software
· Teamwork and active listening skills
Experience Requirements
· Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager or related
· Experience within Market Research, Consumer Insights, Business Consulting, Market Research Sampling / Fieldwork or related fields is preferred
· Experienced in Microsoft Office
Salary
Salary range for this position is $50,000-$75,000 plus quarterly commission on projects managed. Salary is dependent upon experience and location.
