Title: Project Coordinator (Project Management) (Remote)
Location: Remote
Duration: 9 Months
Hours Per Day: 8.00
Hours Per Week: 40.00
Days Per Week: 5
Duties
- Create and manage a master project plan Actively monitor and follow up with team members to track progress, ensure execution of all activities according to plan Identify and raise risks and issues
- Create a weekly status report, update and distribute facilitate weekly status touchpoints with the project team, track and monitor action items
- Participate in meetings as needed and capture notes and action items
Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the client's internal and external business partners.
- Ability to deal with ambiguous situations and issues.
Education
- 2-4 years experience with project management support.
- Experience with managing stakeholders, critical thinking and understanding the impact of changes and employee perspectives/reactions.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple work streams as part of a broader program.
