Position Summary. The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing our online presence, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience, and driving sales growth. This role involves managing website merchandise, content, and app integrations to enhance site capabilities. The E-Commerce Manager will analyze website performance, optimize for search engines, and collaborate on marketing and advertising strategies to boost customer engagement and repeat purchases.
What are we looking for?
Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Experienced with Shopify
- Experienced with advertising platforms
- Strong logical thinking
- Strong understanding of SEO concepts
- Strong knowledge of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram Ads)
Qualifications:
- Proven success in e-commerce management and growing an e-commerce business
- Ability to manage contractors and agencies and communicate changes in algorithms, tools, strategies, and ad placement combinations with them.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Success with advertising campaigns with a deep understanding of online advertising.
- Fluent in English

What will you do?
Website Management
- Manage website merchandise including product listing, descriptions, specifications, and digital assets.
- Manage website content including home page, promotional campaigns, blog posts, banners, and landing pages to keep the site fresh and engaging.
- Manage App Integration: Identify and integrate relevant Shopify apps to enhance site capabilities
Performance Analysis
- Conduct daily analysis of website performance, including product and category performance and visitor data.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics) to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights to optimize online marketing strategies.
Website Optimization
- Conduct A/B tests to evaluate changes and improvements on the site, making data-driven decisions to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Implement and manage SEO strategies.
- Optimize keywords and search terms to improve search engine rankings.
- Improve website conversion rates
Marketing and Advertising
- Collaborate with marketing team on marketing campaigns and customer segmentation
- Analyze visitor data and develop and execute target audience strategies, designing and tagging customer online shopping journeys.
- Develop extended online advertising campaigns and communication strategies for different customer segments.
- Increase average order value, enhance customer lifecycle, and boost repeat purchases.
Collaboration and Communication
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and effective online presence.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies if necessary
