We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven part-time Marketing Coordinator to lead our marketing efforts for our affiliate Visa Virtuosos course. Visa Virtuosos is dedicated to empowering talented immigrants by providing top-notch guidance and resources to help them achieve their dreams. Our courses are designed to demystify the EB-1A visa process and showcase individual achievements, making the path to success clear and attainable.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting students to our live cohorts and upcoming online on-demand course offerings. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of immigration consulting and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the Visa Virtuosos course, targeting potential students through various channels.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials to highlight the benefits and success stories of the Visa Virtuosos course.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into enrolled students.
- SEO and SEM: Optimize our website and content for search engines, and manage paid search campaigns to drive traffic and enrollment.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future efforts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with enrollment goals, and collaborate with the course development team to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect the course content and value.
- Event Promotion: Promote live cohorts and webinars through various channels, ensuring maximum attendance and engagement.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and organized student and lead information. Track and analyze student interactions and engagement within the CRM to optimize marketing strategies.
- Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement lead nurturing workflows within the CRM to guide potential students through the enrollment funnel.
- Data Segmentation: Utilize CRM data to segment audiences and create targeted marketing campaigns based on student interests, behaviors, and demographics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education or e-learning sector.
- Strong writing and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience in the immigration consulting or education industry.
