Job Title: Technical Writer (US Citizen Only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities
- Develop clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, and online help systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and gather necessary information.
- Organize and present complex information in a structured and user-friendly format.
- Edit and proofread documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
- Continuously improve documentation processes and standards based on feedback and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in technical writing tools and software (e.g., MS Office, Adobe FrameMaker, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
