Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a
PMO Manager for a
contract assignment with one of our premier financial services clients in
Tampa, FL and Jacksonville, FL.
Responsibilities :
- Facilitate planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day project tracking activities for the Regulatory (RBCM) Enterprise Workforce Management projects e.g. DCP, SS, RP & E2E
- Responsible for maintaining and updating project RAID's and Escalation logs
- Identification and reporting of issues impacting execution of EWM RBCMs and drive the EWM functional teams to closure/ mitigation of issues
- Identification and reporting of risks impacting execution of EWM RBCMs and drive the EWM team to closure of risks to ensure EWM mitigation strategies are developed and executed
- Attend daily/ weekly standup calls with Transformation program manager to agree priorities
- To Direct and lead weekly project working groups ensuring accurate reporting & communication of project progress and status
- Provide objective project status reporting of progress against the Regulatory (RBCM) Enterprise Workforce Management projects
- Drives adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery and leverage capabilities across the HR Transformation team to minimize duplication and standardize services
- Directs the communication of status, issue, and risks against the Regulatory (RBCM) Enterprise Workforce Management projects to senior management within HR Transformation & EWM, on a timely basis
- Facilitate Functional lead signoff of program/ project plans
- Escalates program risks & issues to the Accountable Executive, Milestone Owner Program Manager and Transformation Lead when appropriate
- Ensure project reporting system PTS accurately reports EWM projects RBCM milestone complete %, milestone rag status, project rag, status updates, key achievements and RAID's
- Facilitate and track TLQC/ BFQC closure process of EWM RBCMs to ensure EWM Functional Leads are initiating and completing closure documents in a timely manner. Closure facilitation should also include participation from EWM Control Execution & Metrics Governance team to ensure artifacts have formally been reviewed by 2LOD/ 3LOD.
- Facilitate the uploading of closure wrappers and artifacts once necessary closure approvals have been obtained by the EWM functional team
