Responsibilities
- Accurately input and manage large volumes of data into our systems
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data
- Identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies in data entries
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical data files
- Assist in creating and updating spreadsheets and databases
- Generate reports and summaries based on collected data
- Communicate effectively with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve any issues that arise
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
- Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
- Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases is a plus
