Position:Student Support Center Manager
Location:San Francisco
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Cooperate with local security companies in the United States to conduct comprehensive security training courses.
2. Planned international student community activities to help international students land and adapt to the new environment and culture.
3. Cooperate with psychological counselors to provide psychological counseling services.
4. Keep close communication with parents, follow up students' status and listen to feedback.
5. Recruit student volunteers and organize volunteer activities.
6. Assist in dealing with emergency affairs related to students' daily safety.
Job Requirements:
1. Fluent in Chinese and English, living in North America for more than 5 years is preferred
2. Bachelor degree or above, major in psychology, education or related is preferred
3. Good communication skills, organizational skills and problem-solving skills
4. Full of enthusiasm, patience and responsibility for student service and guidance.
5. Experience in psychological counseling and event organization is preferred.
