Join us in transforming business processes! We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Specialist to help us harness the power of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate is adept at using low-code/no-code tools to streamline and automate workflows, focusing on Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate and other Microsoft 365 applications. Additionally, this role includes light responsibilities as a SharePoint admin, providing guidance and support when needed.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Solutions: Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Automate Processes: Identify opportunities for automation within the organization and develop solutions to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- SharePoint Support: Address escalated SharePoint issues, provide guidance on document and content management, and answer questions from the business regarding best practices for using SharePoint.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the VP of Engineering to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement them effectively.
- Maintain and Optimize: Regularly monitor, maintain, and optimize the solutions to ensure they continue to meet business needs and operate efficiently.
- Backlog Management: Manage and prioritize a backlog of low-code/no-code projects, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions, ensuring clarity and ease of maintenance.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the developed solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in developing solutions using Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Experience with SharePoint administration is beneficial.
- Skills: Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, low-code/no-code development practices, and SharePoint, including Communication sites, Teams sites, SharePoint lists, and information architecture.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about how to best leverage low-code/no-code tools and SharePoint to meet business needs.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as part of a team.
