Experience Required
- This classification must have a minimum of seven (7) years of applying Enterprise Architecture principles.
- At least five (5) years of that experience must be in a lead capacity.
Experience Preferred
- Minimum Eight (8) years of data engineering experience in IT application integration designing, developing, and maintaining database/BI applications with SQL Server and BI stack (Power BI, SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS).
- 5+ years of experience in PowerBI, Azure Environment from inception to support.
- Minimum Two (2) years of experience in the last six (6) years in designing and developing Applications using VB.Net, C#, and ASP.Net.
- Minimum Three (3) years of Data Warehouse experience in the last six (6) years with SQL Server and Oracle.
- Minimum Two (2) years of Human Resource Domain Knowledge in the last six (6) years designing and developing Data Models in Power BI/SQL Server Analysis (SSAS)/Databricks/Azure Synapse using DAX and MDX.
- Minimum Three (3) years of experience in the last six (6) in designing and developing Power BI Paginated reports using Power BI Report Builder.
- Minimum Three (3) years of experience in the last six (6) in implementing advanced Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object Level Security (OLS) to Power BI Dashboards and Report Builder reports. Minimum Four (4) years of experience within the last six (6) years in designing & developing SQL queries, debugging & tunning complex queries for optimal performance. Experience in designing and developing Web Focus BI Portals/Dashboards/Reports and Models.
- One (1) year of experience in the last six (6) years with Cognos programs, Report Studio, Query Studio, Active Reports, Workspace Advanced, Dashboards, Analysis Studio, Framework Manager, Cognos Connection.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in the last six (6) years in SQL, Azure Cloud, Azure Data, DevOps, Configuration Management, Infrastructure Automation, Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD), C#, Web API, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Spiral.
Education Required
- This classification requires the possession of a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.
- Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
Education Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering
Additional Information
Knowledge in Human Resource Domain, the role will involve direct interaction with clients including but not limited to requirements gathering, weekly status meetings, and presentations
