About the role
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for our Acquisition team. This individual will help manage the entire customer experience from acquisition to retention by executing our strategy across a range of channels and generating insights that will be leveraged by a range of cross-functional teams to strategically grow LifeMD's revenue. The ideal candidate is smart, solutions-oriented, resourceful, and creative with an interest in working at a fast-paced startup.
Responsibilities
- Activate and monitor paid acquisition strategy across channels
- Implement growth performance reporting to support testing and future optimization of campaigns across all channels
- Create and submit briefs to provide creative insights and feedback based on business needs
- Collaborate with Influencer and Dev teams to execute cross-functional strategies
- Proactively source new marketing initiatives ie. Display, YouTube, Snapchat and Tik Tok
Requirements
- 3+ years of marketing work or internship experience with exposure to paid channels
- Business Major, with a focus in marketing/advertising
- Basic understanding of growth marketing with an interest in paid advertising
- General understanding of KPI's- CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc.
- Proven track record of data-driven and analytical work
- Strong leadership, self-starter, and collaborative qualities
- Critical thinking skills with a growth-oriented mindset (Creative mindset a plus!)
- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
