Job overview:
This copywriter will focus on paid and organic social media, emails and SMS. This role works closely with art and strategy partners to consistently create scroll-stopping and conversion-driving content for brand, product launch and promotional campaigns. This role is based in our Columbus, OH headquarters and requires 3 days a week in-office - remote work is not an option.
Your responsibilities:
-Translate strategy and creative briefs into engaging copy—from attention-grabbing promotional subject lines that encourage email open rates to fun quips in social media that encourage brand engagement.
-Turn high-level campaign messaging into bite-sized storytelling for your channels.
-Tailor copy to the given channels, platforms or placements.
-Consistently generate ideas that push our brand creatively.
-Manage multiple projects at once, from concept to writing to revisions to final execution.
-Present your work to leadership in creative reviews.
-Play an active role in meetings by providing input and creative solutions.
-Stay on top of trends and language in social media, furniture/home furnishings, design, fashion and pop culture to keep the content relevant.
