Direct Response experience is a must for this position. It is not an out-and-out requirement, as few candidates will likely have it, but those that do will have a better chance of being shortlisted and interviewed. Direct Response experience is strongly desired.
Must have experience 'versioning' of work; position will not feature submitting of copy as much as it is about taking what is written by the copywriting team and editing/making changes

This is not entry-level or senior-level; 1-3 yrs of experience is desired and appropriate
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Description
- Write technical and business content, including long and short-form pieces.
- Revise and update existing Highmark marketing materials, including direct mail executions.
- Adhere to brand voice and write to specific reading levels and proficiencies.
- Understand text-to-copy AI tools and prompting techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Augment the efforts of the senior copywriting team, primarily for SEPA initiatives.
- Serve as the go-to resource for direct-to-Workfront project support, letter writing, and versioning for lower-funnel government line-of-business executions.
