Role Description
This is a part-time / contract hybrid role with the opportunity to become a full time position. The position is for a Real Estate Marketing Coordinator at the Glaser Group located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. As a Real Estate Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing efforts of the lead agent & his team by:
- Creating and preparing marketing materials like pitch decks & offering memorandums using Google Slides / Powerpoint
- Posting new listings to sites like TheMLS, Costar, Loopnet & Crexi
- Creating social media flyers & videos using platforms like Canva
- Managing digital and social media presence across platforms; creating and executing on media content calendar
- Preparing and managing email marketing blasts in platforms like HubSpot
- Creating new content for company website including listings and blog post, consistently improving SEO and design
- Helping to prepare & draft offers, counteroffers and listing agreements on multifamily and commercial properties
- Coordinating all aspects of the pre-listing process for the marketing of commercial & multifamily real estate listings
- Assistance with various administrative tasks such as property showings, travel, CRM & database management, scheduling & coordinating with 3rd party contractors, closings gifts, etc.
In this role, the candidate will need to juggle various different tasks while remaining extremely organized. This role requires strong written & oral communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a passion for real estate, social media & digital marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Business or related field
- Experience in real estate marketing, digital marketing or related field
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Powerpoint, Google Slides, Adobe Acrobat, Google Ads, HubSpot & Squarespace
- Expert in Social Media marketing across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn & Twitter (X)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of the Los Angeles real estate market is a plus
