Job Description:
We are looking for a Solution Architect who not only excels in SaaS solution delivery, but also embodies a cofounder mindset, driving growth and uplifting everyone around them through curiosity and innovative problem-solving. Reporting directly to the Head of Professional Services, the Solution Architect will act as the technical trusted advisor for the customer and will guide the customer throughout the onboarding process in regards to configuration, integrations, & data migrations. This role is pivotal in shaping our implementation strategy and being the first post-sales Cacheflow experience for our new customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle project management duties during implementation inclusive of managing customer expectations, coordination amongst project resources, facilitating check-in meetings, & delivery of status reports.
- Identify and document client business requirements, and validate that the proposed solution architecture supports the stated and implied requirements.
- Exhibit strong executive presence with the ability to interact and effectively communicate with key project sponsors including C-Suite, Heads of Sales, RevOps, Account Executives, & CSMs.
- Identify potential issues and risks in order to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects while giving each customer the attention necessary to ensure the customer feels supported & that a timely go-live is achieved.
Experience Qualifications:
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS solution delivery, solution architecture, and/or professional services experience with a leading technology, consulting or product company
- Prior experience leading requirements gathering workshops inclusive of data migration efforts
- Prior B2B SaaS training experience
- Preferred (Not Required): B2B Pre Sales / Customer Success Experience
- Preferred (Not Required): 1+ years of CPQ/Subscription Management/SaaS Billing/RevOps experience
- Preferred (Not Required): 2+ years of working with leading CRM platforms (i.e. Hubspot / Salesforce)

- Ability to tailor communication, both in content & delivery, to executive and technical audiences.
- Conceptual understanding of APIs/webhooks & comfortable leading data migration discovery discussions.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems.
