As a Digital Marketing Data Analyst + Creative Analytics, you will take ownership over a portfolio of our existing clients and be responsible for driving their business through marketing performance. This is a client facing role, and you will work directly with senior and executive level clients to understand marketing objectives and translate them into tangible marketing campaigns across social platforms (Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, etc.)
You will leverage our technology and dive deep into the data to spot performance trends, diagnose and correct issues, and recommend potential areas for improvement. You will also work with a team of designers, use data to identify new creative opportunities for clients, and provide feedback on new creative to ensure it meets client branding standards and Darwin creative standards. At the end of the day, you’ll be the primary driving force behind our client’s social marketing strategies. You’ll also be a part of our small and energetic team, with the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and make an immediate and tangible impact to the business.

You're one of a select few who took heavy analytical classes in the morning and dove into a creative course in the afternoon. You’re intellectually curious - you’re quick to ask for the “why” and eager to peek behind the curtain. You’re comfortable managing multiple clients and competing priorities. You're competitive - you love the thrill of winning and hate to lose. You enjoy working collaboratively with our clients to test new ideas or creatives and are excited by the AdTech space.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a focus on both quantitative and creative fields
- 1-3 years of professional experience in marketing, advertising, communications, STEM.
- Comfortable working independently, identifying trends, and generating recommendations supported by insights
- Interested in creative trends, design, and social media advertising.
- Bonus points for experience analyzing and critiquing creative output.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients.
- Interest in optimization methods and techniques in digital and social media advertising.
- Based in or around Chicagoland and able to commute to the office routinely
