Akkodis is seeking Records Specialist (Onsite) role
Title: - Records Specialist
Location: Washington, DC (Onsite)
Duration: 3+ Months
The Pay Range is $18 - $19/hr on W2 without benefits
Position Summary
Top 3 Required Skills:
1. Must have professional office (preferably law firm) experience
2. Must be proficient in technology and be able to operate MS Word, Excel, TEAMS and various database systems used in office operations.
3. Must have records experience (this is a records position and copying and scanning skills are required).
4. Must be able to perform physical demands of the job (lift boxes, clear file rooms, push carts,)
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (4 years of college preferred).
- Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional office environment working in a file or records clerk capacity.
- Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
- Previous experience in a client service-oriented field preferred.
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills.
