HireConsultants is hiring a Workday Project Manager for their client's Workday Implementation. The project is on-going, almost to End-to-End Phase Testing and would need a Workday PM to help finish the project.
Responsibilities
- At least 3 years of Project Management experience in business system implementations
- Project Manager of at least 2 Workday implementations
- Provides and maintains a structured system for documentation and metrics, ensuring updates are timely and completed as part of the project/request
- Contributes to knowledge management capital through activities such as conducting lessons learned exercises, documenting deliverables, and facilitating of Workday Workshops.
- Work with HCIS and stakeholders to develop, track, analyze and publish project and financial reports, scorecards, and program/project/task performance reports.
- Create transparency, measurability, and accountability to manage deliveries effectively.
- Change Management - produce change impact log, coordinate communication, define training requirements and participate in go-live support and triage processes.
- Design of reports to either support implementation or as ongoing audit and business tools.
- Provides mentoring, guidance, and oversight to other Project Managers and into other roles on the projects you manage.
