YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF THE BELOW KEY FUNCTIONS:
• CLIENT MANAGEMENT – Start to finish client handling for RFP's, response to briefs, creative , budget management, creative approvals, sign offs, timelines, budget reconciliation & recaps
• CREATIVE PROJECT DESIGN – Work with our internal teams to create work class work across production, fabrication, event design, engaging concepts & interactive executions.
• PROJECT MANAGEMENT – With larger projects, we require you to lead all project requirements & rally together the required team/departments when applicable. This means ownership of Account Management , internal Kick Off calls, team accountability & being the client in the room. For smaller projects & briefs, you may be operating independently with design & Leadership support. This would require our Project Workbooks & Creative + Production decks to be owned by you.
• WORKFLOW – Cohesive workflow between all team departments & team members, setting up & leading 1:1/team meetings, ensuring all shared workbook & presentation documents are up to date for client revisions & internal check ins
• EXECUTION – On site execution, delivering with excellence, keeping a positive attitude & showing true leadership for all levels of team members/clients. Experience should include a strong understanding of the following but not limited to - production installs, branded activations, vendor deliverables, branding, creative design, fabrication, lighting, technical, event styling, F&B, guest experience & be a 'problem solver' on the go.
• LEADERSHIP – Show leadership & coaching qualities at all times, managing all those surrounding a project with finesse. Must thrive in a fast paced, agency environment.
DAY TO DAY:
· Being able to work across multiple projects & wearing multiple hats. With a lot of varying sized projects incoming, it's important everyone is open to help & work together.
· Client handling with attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for results
· Project management across all departments from events to fabrication, marketing strategies to field marketing
· Budget & Budget Tracker management
· Vendor vetting & research
· Continuing client growth & expanding both new & existing clients scope of works
· Work with creative team to produce event design assets
· Ensure all S&C shared documents are created on time & in line with templates
· Creation of event assets but not limited to; bar menus, signage, vinyl’s, way finding, visuals & vynyls
· Effective time management including always having calendars & Asana up to date
· Effective budget management
· Effectively manage tasks across multiple projects/various clients at the same time
· Manage weekly 1:1 meetings & agenda with creative services team
· Manage up to leadership on weekly tasks & projects at hand
· Work cohesively & effectively in a project
· Communicate challenges & request support when & where needed
· Nurture client relationships & communications where applicable
· Contribute to company culture
SKILLS
· Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Keynote, G Drive, Dropbox, third party online platforms)
· SketchUp / CAD / Photoshop (bonus)
· Efficient management of your time alongside all S&C departments in shared calendars
· Strong time management skills with proven ability to manage several projects at once
· Strong email communications with both client & S&C internally, ensuring responses are met promptly
· Ensure all S&C SOP’s (standard operating procedures) are followed as operating efficiency

Estimated is between $80k - $95k & Should this role be applied for outside of Los Angeles, this could vary however the role is based in CA & should be applied for with such intention. Considerations will include a candidate’s education, training, and experience, this could include various external market experience and internal value.
