Role Description
This is a 12month contract remote role for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day tasks of various projects on a program. They will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with stakeholders, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met, and managing project budgets. The Project Manager will also be responsible for providing regular updates and reports on project progress.
- Maintain and own trackers/ spreadsheets for actuals, latest estimates as well as providing reports (pivot tables) for leadership reviews.
- Collaboration and partnership with workstream-leads and finance team to get relevant inputs and supporting documents on a monthly basis
- Capitalization/ write off assets - submitting forms to respective local key users
- Support with WBS/ Project CC - creation, increase and closure
- Strong project financial experience is a must!
- Request and manage cross-charges, cost splitting, and cost allocations
- Engagement with project procurement to identify demand for PO/Budget changes base don contractual changes
- Track SOW's delivery/ invoicing agreements vs. invoicing principles and flag gasps (Commercial milestone tracking)
- Lead financial reviews and request updates
- Keep record of all statement of Work (SOW's), quotes and other purchase order relevant documents related to projects
- Submission of purchase requisitions (PR's) to Purchase Order (PO's) and any subsequent changes/ amendments, PO closure
- Request and process Goods Receipt (GR'S) and invoices
- Pre-validation of invoices based on the forecasted spending and SOW's
- Identification of Outstanding invoices GR/IR clearing, follow-up with vendors in case of incorrect/ missing invoices
- Managing escalations with the Accounts Payable (AP)/ master data (MD) teams on vendor extension/ master data issues
Qualifications
- Experience in Financial management is a must
- Experience in project management and risk management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in expediting, inspection, and quality control
- Knowledge of project management software and tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Some Agile experience
- PMP certified
