Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist at IndusTrack. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and creating social media content, implementing digital marketing strategies, and communicating with the target audience. This role is based in Tampa, FL, but offers flexibility for some remote work.
- Provide feedback to content writer and graphic designer to for engaging content including posts, videos, graphics, and other multimedia formats tailored to each platform.
- Manage and maintain all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve our social media strategy.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills
- Experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to create engaging and compelling content
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
- Experience with SEO and SEM is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
