We are seeking a full-time remote Customer Support Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with technical issues via email, chat, and phone.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, and provide solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with SAAS products and technical support experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
