Title: Sr. DevSecOps Engineer
Location: Windsor Mill, MD (100% Remote)

Clearance: Treasury Public Trust (have to get fingerprints to start the public trust and this will be done during onboarding)
Job Description
- Design, deploy, operate, and maintain resilient secure Cloud environments to enable development teams to deliver features in the most efficient way possible.
- Operate and maintain cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and SRE principles.
- Maintenance and ongoing development of automation and continuous build/integration/deployment infrastructure for multiple environments; write, build and deploy scripts.
- Enable observability and resilience throughout multi-cloud landing zones and Dev/Test/Prod environments.
- Support implementation of security policies, standards, guidelines, and governance.
- Continuously assess, onboard, and enable new FedRAMP cloud services using security best practices for IAM and networking.
Required Education And Experience
- Greater than 8 years of experience in IT
- Proven background working in cloud environments with experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
- Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban
- Agile collaboration tools such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket, Artifactory)
- CSPs including Azure, AWS, or OCI
- Containerization and container management with Kubernetes and Helm
- PowerShell or Bash Scripting
- Security automation with tools such as Static Application Security Testing (SAST) and Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST)
- Cyber tools - Aviatrix, Orca, Splunk, Qmulous, STIG scanner
- Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation
- Git, branching strategies, GitFlow and/or GitHub Flow
- Cloud high availability and scalability best practices and architectures
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required Azure, AWS, and GCP certifications preferred.
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Client management skills to discuss systems as needed. 8+ years of experience required
