We need people who have the experience and the hustle to keep the ship moving in the right direction. We will never use the word hustle, though, and we’re not actually that big on nautical metaphors either. So, maybe it’s more like —someone who keeps projects moving along, thinks strategically and anticipates issues before they occur, inspires trust and confidence in our clients, and can tactfully guide them to make smart decisions. That kind of thing.

We enjoy long walks on the sidewalk and laughing maniacally. We have medium/OK personalities, and a few of us can whistle. One of us knows how to sail, and zero of us can do a Rubik’s cube. Ok, all jokes aside, we’re a small agency in San Francisco with a unique business model that allows us to deliver truly integrated marketing. And clearly, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Our work? We take it very seriously.
STUFF YOU GET TO DO:
- Proactively manage the creative developmental process from idea generation through execution, ensuring the HUb team is on schedule and within budget
- Communicate effectively with clients: manage expectations, speak, write, and present clearly and persuasively about schedules, deliverables, financial, and billing issues.
- Be a champion of the work – strategically and creatively
- Have an opinion. We like those. Even if we don’t care for your opinion specifically.
DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience is dependent on level, as we’re looking for brand directors and brand managers.
•Prior advertising agency experience, client side brand management, B2C & B2B integrated campaign work
•Strong client-facing skills, ability to partner with clients and build trust
•Good multi-tasker, project manager, and budget wrangler
•Familiarity with broadcast, social, digital, and print production
• Must be SF based or willing to move
