Rigility LLC is a security system installation company based in Chicago. We are a tight-knit team and have not felt the need to expand it thus far, but are now seeking Growth Interns to help drive a new segment of the business.

With this in mind, our team has been able to help our clients secure their facilities and businesses in some of the most dangerous metropolitan areas in the mainland United States.
Qualifications
- EXCELLENT written and verbal English communication skills.
- Emotional intelligence: This role does not require you to be Einstein, but you should know how to read the room.
- Experience with telemarketing, door-to-door sales, customer service, and other "front office/customer-facing" roles preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn quickly and improve constantly
- Students at a leading University/College in the United States
Objectives of this Role
- Use our established communication (calling and SMS) systems to contact 6-800 property owners per week
- Maintain and build relationships with established stakeholders, clients, and your team
- Attend virtual training meetings for both the job and your career as a whole ( Sales Coaching, Resume Reviews, Interview Prep and Tech Training)

This is a part-time (10-15 hours per week) full-remote internship.
Compensation: $15/hour base pay + $200-350 per appointment held with key prospects
High performing interns can expect to make $600-$800/week IN ADDITION to base pay.
