Summary
The Beauty Account Coordinator at ReVive Skincare is responsible for increasing sales, achieving sales targets, and executing vital in-store strategies. It is essential to demonstrate exceptional selling skills to enhance product expertise among Beauty Advisors and teams. This position requires traveling within the Los Angeles and Orange County areas as well as remote markets.
The Beauty Account Coordinator reports to the Sales and Training Executive.
Essential Job Duties
- Engage, educate, and empower employees to promote ReVive Skincare through knowledge sharing and coaching.
- Plan, participate and execute successful in-store and spa events to achieve/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals in each door.
- Analyze daily and weekly retail sales to identify opportunity.
- Build and maintain store relationships through consistent communication with the counter, store selling teams, and management.
- Plan and organize your time efficiently when arranging store visits to enhance productivity and effectiveness in driving revenue. Lead by example by actively participating in selling events, visuals, and hands-on training sessions to provide regular coaching.
- Collaborate with Sales and Training Executive and store leadership to identify business driving opportunities.
- Supports the Sales and Training Executive (STE) by verifying the accuracy of promotional presentations, informing the STE about necessary adjustments, and relaying information about advertising and upcoming promotional schedules to store locations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of retail sales experience in the beauty/luxury sector, ideally with a focus on luxury skincare products.
- Esthetician license preferred.
- Able to understand sales reports and tracking achievement to goals.
- Positive, enthusiastic, creative, and a proactive problem solver.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent and self-motivated.
- Ability to provide authentic and personalized customer service.
- Willing to demonstrate in-store protocols to clients.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Teams, Microsoft Office and Outlook Suite.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may involve evenings and weekends.
- Requires light lifting and delivering supplies to stores.
- Travel is necessary within Los Angeles and Orange County market and remote markets.
