Role Overview
Position: Program Manager - IT Insurance Transformation
Location: Toronto, ON - (2 days per week in office )
Structure: Permanent - Full-time
We are currently hiring for one of our Toronto-based Insurance clients for a Program Manager to oversee a new Technology Transformation project focused on Enterprise Applications and Cloud Modernizations.
Desired Requirements For This Role Will Be
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in Project Delivery
- Previous experience operating at a Program Manager level delivering multiple workstreams
- Strong expertise in Vendor Management for IT Systems Integrations
- Experience creating Artifacts for Enterprise-level Program Delivery
- Experience working with both IT and Business Executives on Transformation, Change Management, Governance and Business Process Change
- Experience Managing Program/Project budget above or near $50Million in Total or $20Million annually
- Previous experience within the P&C Insurance domain is highly desirable
- PMP Certification is highly valued
