RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to gather data on market conditions, competition, and consumer preferences.
- Data Collection: Utilize various methods such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups to collect primary data.
- Data Interpretation: Analyze and interpret data to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Strategic Insights: Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to align research with business objectives.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform ongoing research efforts.
- Data Visualization: Develop visual representations of data to effectively communicate complex information.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Proven experience as a Market Research Analyst or similar role, with a strong background in startup environments.
- Experience in PropTech or real estate is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in market research techniques and tools.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret and visualize complex data.
- Familiarity with data analysis software and statistical tools.
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
