The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting the HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant policies.
- Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
- Training and Development: Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- HR Policies: Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they are aligned with the company's goals and legal requirements.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making and strategy.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with a strong background in startup environments.
- Experience in PropTech or real estate is highly preferred.
- Thorough understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
