We are GROWING here at HumanN, and we are looking for an awesome Director of Marketing Analytics to join the team! This position will play an important role in driving our future growth by building a best-in-class marketing analytics function that drives/measures/optimizes growth across our consumer channels. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has a strong background in leveraging insights and data to shape strategy, a deep understanding of how to develop the tools/systems/processes needed to make analytics accessible and understandable and the ability to work cross functionally to ensure there is one version of the truth, and a proven track record of success in building highly effective and efficient teams.
Responsibilities:
- Build and drive the strategic vision and execution of consumer insights and marketing analytics across the entire organization
- Provide strategic leadership in the development and execution of marketing analytics capabilities to measure and drive optimization of HumanN’s media investments
- Build a marketing performance and measurement ecosystem that spans across consumer channels, paid and unpaid
- Lead & influence the goal setting in marketing by empowering data-informed decisions
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing analytics capabilities with broader business objectives, fostering collaboration and effective decision-making
- Train, educate and drive best practices in the consistent application of marketing analytics across the organization
- Establish and deploy processes to monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing investments
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in marketing analytics, data science and digital marketing – providing thought leadership and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- An advanced degree in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar domain
- 10+ years of experience in marketing data analytics
- 3+ years experience with TV attribution
- Experience working with media mix modeling, marketing measurement and attribution, targeting and creative optimization, online purchase funnel optimization, user segmentation, cohort analyses, time series analyses, regression models, etc.
- The insight to take ambiguous problems and solve them in a structured, hypothesis-driven, data-supported way
- The determination to initiate and lead projects
