Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is early in their career but determined to grow and make a significant impact. This role requires someone extroverted and capable of gathering crowds, as well as someone who excels in managing and organizing community-focused events and initiatives. The candidate will use various social media platforms and tools to foster community engagement and drive brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Community Engagement: Actively engage with the local community to foster strong relationships and drive customer loyalty. Represent Snoice at local events and gatherings.
• Event Planning: Plan and execute community events, promotions, and collaborations that align with Snoice’s mission and values.
• Social Media Management: Manage Snoice’s social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Create engaging content, respond to inquiries, and foster an online community.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and the Snoice website using tools like Canva.
• Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback from Yelp and Google to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for new initiatives.
• Email Marketing: Manage and execute email marketing campaigns through Square.
• AI Tools: Stay on top of AI tools and use them to grow and automate community engagement efforts.
• Loyalty Program: Maintain and engage with the community through our loyalty program on Square.
• Community Platforms: Be creative with community and event platforms like Discord and Meetup to foster engagement.
• Collaborations: Create unique collaborations with local businesses, schools, and other community stakeholders.
• Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Snoice’s values and mission within the community.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in community management, event planning, or a related role.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for networking and relationship building.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management tools.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and initiatives.
• Experience with Canva and familiarity with AI tools for community engagement and automation.
• Passion for community engagement and a genuine interest in Snoice’s mission and values.

Job Type: Part-time (5 hours per week)
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
